We offer our patients several payment options.
We are an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, and Dentemax (an umbrella company for multiple insurance carriers). We work to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. As a courtesy to our patients we will help you file your claim and will continue to help through the process until the claim is settled. However, all fees for treatments are the responsibility of the patient.
We submit claims electronically, expediting the processing of all claims. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please allow our office that time for the full process of your claim. Please note that all benefits quoted are not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company.
You may either:
- Pay in full for treatment and receive reimbursement from your insurance company directly. This payment method results in the fastest reimbursement and quickest claim settlement for the patient. Insurance companies will most often reimburse their customers (the patient) faster than they will a third party, such as a dental practice.
- Pay the estimated patient portion of the treatment, leaving a credit card on file with our office to cover any remaining balance due after your insurance has paid their portion of the claim. Please note: If the insurance company has not processed the claim within 60 days, the balance is the responsibility of the patient.
- Third party financing is available through Care Credit. You can APPLY ONLINE and have your line of credit approved before treatment.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.
