Meet the Team

Meet our ballantyne endodontics staff

Krista has been with Ballantyne Endo since 2018 after being a patient of Dr. Chopras. She had such a great experience getting her root canal that she was excited to join the team. She is one of the first faces you will see when you come in for your appointment. She loves to interact with patients to not only make them feel comfortable with their treatment options but the root canal itself. She is a pro, she has had 4 root canals of her own! When she isn't assisting patients, she is often working with Dr. Chopra on the marketing for the office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boxers. She loves to travel and says her favorite place to go is somewhere with warm blue water where she can relax. She also never misses an Angels or Steelers game on tv. She looks forward to meeting you at your next appointment!

Lauren was born in Fayetteville, NC and moved up to New Jersey with her family before she came back to her roots in good ol’ Carolina! In her free time, she enjoys going to church, running half marathons, growing her garden, hiking in the mountains, and reading. Lauren has been working in the dental field for the last three years and is excited to learn more about endodontics with the Ballantyne Endo Team!

Juli was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She moved to Jacksonville, Florida for college where she remained for 23 years with her family. She moved to Charlotte in 2018 with her Boston terrier Bella for cooler weather, a change of pace, and to further her career. She enjoys spending time with her 19-year-old daughter, traveling, listening to live music and exploring North Carolina. Juli has extensive knowledge and experience in the dental field and a background in insurance. She is excited to work closely with our Charlotte dental community.

Mariela was born in El Salvador and raised in Los Angeles. She moved to Charlotte almost 4 years ago for a better life and future. She has 2 beautiful children that are her motivation for a better life and an inspiration to achieve success for better things. Moving to Charlotte opened up a new chapter in her life, by beginning a career in the field of dentistry. Since then she has become more interested in helping others, specifically when the solution becomes a smile. Not too long ago she became part of Ballantyne Endodontics where she is so happy to work for Dr. Tadrissi and Dr. Chopra. Mariela is always trying to grow her knowledge in the industry and primarily helps translating when it comes to our Hispanic patients as well as helping them understand the importance of the practice. Besides work, she loves spending quality time with her kids and teaching them what life is really about. The best part is always learning new things and going on adventures with her little family.

Michelle has been a dental assistant at Ballantyne Endodontics since 2009. She thoroughly enjoys working alongside Dr. Chopra, Dr. Tadrissi, and Dr. Reiter because they truly care about each and every one of their patients, and takes the time to give them the best quality care. She loves working with the Ballantyne Endodontics Team to help make this the best possible experience for our patients. Outside of work, because of her love for dental assisting, she is creating something exciting for new dental assistants in the field. She thrives when she is hanging out with friends around the city, being a dog mom to her pup Axell and traveling to new places with her Fiance, Corey. Croatia has been her most memorable destination so far!

Victoria was born in beautiful Beaufort, South Carolina and military raised. Growing up she loved going to the dentist. She could never understand why people had such a great fear of dentists when she always had an amazing time and received such wonderful care. Due to the wonderful relationship that she had with her hygienist, she knew that she always wanted to have a career in dentistry. She has been assisting since 2011 after graduating from Lake Norman Dental Assisting School. Victoria is proud to say she absolutely loves her field of work. It is her main goal to provide the best treatment possible for all of her patients. She has two beautiful daughters who keep her busy with their sports and many activities. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music, outdoor activities, time with family, and of course preparing for her next NPC bikini competition.

Kendal grew up right outside of Charlotte in the city of Concord. After going to school for Dental Assisting and landing a job in Charlotte, she then moved to the area to be closer to work. In her downtime she enjoys playing with her dog, cuddling with her cat and even holding her ball python! She is super excited to be working alongside her awesome team members at Ballantyne Endodontics.
