Our state-of-the-art dental practice is looking for a dental assistant. Individual must have prior assisting experience and be proficient in taking radiographs. This is a fun, fast-paced environment and you MUST be able to multitask. Primary responsibilities are assisting the doctor during treatment and examinations, taking radiographs, assisting in sterilization, seating patients, and dismissing patients.

Wanted: practice business manager
We’re Growing and Hiring! In this role as the Business Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the efficiency, systems and team that runs the practice, creating a positive experience for everyone who comes into contact with our practice.
We are looking for a person who has the experience, knowledge, and determination to be in a managerial position. You must have the ability to manage people and cultivate and maintain the team culture of the practice.While you will need a certain level of independence, it is critical for you to collaborate and co-manage with the Clinical Team Leader. You must possess a high level of communication and be able to adapt to unique situations that arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pivotal Management Role overseeing
- Plan and manage dental office operations to ensure excellent patient support services
- Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed
- Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Recruit and train new candidates in assigned jobs
- Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, termination, and retention activities
- Respond to patient queries and issues and ensure patient satisfaction
- Follow and enforce office policies and regulations
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Oversee staff scheduling on shift basis so as to ensure full coverage
YOU POSSESS:
- A knowledge of dental practices is helpful but not necessary
- 2-3 years experience in a managerial role with customer service
- Strong computer skills
- A proactive attitude, with great initiative in coming up with solutions
- Great organization skills and comfort in organizing others – you love systems
- An interest in being a reliable part of a larger team, all working together
- A caring and friendly demeanor – you go the extra mile, with a smile!
- Positive attitude & quiet confidence
- The ability to balance multiple tasks and distractions, and be adaptable
- Strong ethics – you do the right thing
