Favorite Charlotte Community Memory

In the last 3-5 years, Dr. Tadrissi has really gotten to appreciate grilling and barbeque/smoking meats. He’s had a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker for the last 5 years and has used it for almost every type of outdoor grilling possible. He frequently reads up on different ideas and cooks on various blogs and youtube channels. He’s made many modifications to his grill to make it more versatile.

Just recently for his 50th birthday his close group of friends surprised him with a Big Green Egg!!  So now Dr. Tadrissi is diving deep into research on how he can do things differently on this grill. It has turned into an obsession and weekend hobby!

He really enjoys learning about new foods to grill and then have his friends over to test it out. His latest is to pair a specialty drink/cocktail to the food he is cooking. For Dr. Tadrissi, it is all about the experience of new foods, learning how to cook them, and enjoying this time with friends and family.
